Olivia is a Texas A&M graduate with a degree in psychology, and her education has shaped the way she approaches this work more than people might expect — her goal has always been meeting people where they are, understanding not just what someone wants but what they actually need. Her roots run deep in this part of Texas: she grew up in the Blanco area as part of a big, close-knit family, spent time in Houston, and has since settled in San Antonio with her husband, right back where she started. So when she says she understands this community, she means it — this isn't just where she sells homes, it's where she lives her life.
Before real estate, Olivia worked on the insurance side of the industry, which gave her a front-row seat to how the home buying and selling process really works — from title companies to loan officers to the lending process itself. She saw firsthand how overwhelming and unfamiliar that world can feel to buyers and sellers, and she made it her job to make it feel less that way. Later, she moved into HR and payroll sales, working directly with business owners to find solutions tailored to exactly what their business needed to grow. Both roles taught her the same lesson: people don't want to be sold to. They want someone who listens first.
