I’m Amanda Stanford, a Realtor with Magnolia Realty serving Spring Branch, Bulverde, New Braunfels, San Antonio, and the Texas Hill Country.

Licensed since 2001, I bring more than two decades of real estate experience along with a professional background in marketing and program management. That combination gives my clients something a little different: thoughtful marketing, a well-managed process, and an experienced advocate who knows how to ask the right questions and pay attention to the details.

For sellers, putting a home on the market is the easy part. Positioning it well is where the work begins.

I help my sellers prepare strategically, price thoughtfully, and market their homes in a way that tells the full story of the property. I also know this area as more than a market. I live in the Texas Hill Country and am raising my twin daughters here. So do Saturday mornings, backyard dinners, room for the kids or grandkids, and having a little space to breathe.
